How it works

From roster to cleared, in three steps.

  1. 01

    Invite your class

Send us your roster (CSV or paste). Each student gets a secure invite by email.

  2. 02

    Students take it from there

They upload prior records from any clinic or family doctor, identify their own gaps, and book with us or anyone they choose. You monitor and nudge from the dashboard.

  3. 03

Clearance letters land in the portal

As each student finishes — at our clinic or elsewhere — their standardized clearance letter appears for you and them to download.

What students see

Their portal, in one view.

Students accept the invite, upload prior immunization records from any clinic or family doctor, and see exactly which requirements are still open. They can complete those requirements with us or with any provider they prefer — the portal accepts uploads either way. When they’re cleared, the letter appears in their portal and yours.

Clearance letter

One page. No lab values.

Your registrar or placement office gets a standardized one-page PDF: every required item, current status, signed by a CPSO-licensed clinician. Immunity status only — no titres, no antibody values, no other PHI — per PHIPA best practice.

What we do

Four things, done properly.

Clinic technician reviewing serology samples

In-house serology · same-day reads

  1. 01

    Serology, vaccination, and catch-up

MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Td/Tdap — the standard checklist for clinical-placement programs. We titre, vaccinate where immunity isn't demonstrated, and document the chain consistent with the Canadian Immunization Guide.

  2. 02

    Two-step Tuberculin Skin Test

Two visits: a first TST is placed and read 48–72 hours later, then a second TST 1–4 weeks later (also read 48–72 hours later). The second test detects boosting— a remote past TB exposure the immune system has temporarily forgotten. Standard for healthcare placement per Canadian Tuberculosis Standards / Public Health Ontario. Single-visit IGRA blood tests are not used for placement clearance.

  3. 03

    Coverage check (optional, free)

Before a student pays out of pocket, we can verify whether their provincial plan, school plan, or family benefits cover any of the required services. Students just ask us and we check.

  4. 04

    Clearance documents you can file

A standardized letter your registrar or placement office can drop in the file: immunity status, vaccination completed or in progress, TB cleared, fit for placement. No lab values disclosed.

For coordinators

Free to use. Always.

There is no cost to the program or to you as coordinator for using the portal. Students pay for their own clinical services if they choose to come to us — and many won’t need to if they already have records to upload from a previous clinic or family doctor.

Our recommendation

Book a batch day on campus or here.

Students who still need shots, titres, or their two-step TST get scheduled together — same morning, same afternoon, in and out. It’s the fastest way to clear a class and the cheapest way to use clinic time. Ask us about hosting on-campus for larger groups.

  • ·Roughly 10–15 students per hour, depending on services
  • ·Two-step TST — second visit scheduled 1–4 weeks after the first read
  • ·Clinic at 55 Dundas St E, Toronto — or hosted on your campus
